Refund Policy

Off Road World – Refund & Return Policy

At Off Road World, we aim to ensure full transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and cancellations may be accepted, in accordance with Spanish consumer law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).

1. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to:

  • New ATVs (quads)

  • Used ATVs

  • Accessories and parts

  • Service deposits and workshop bookings

2. Refunds for New ATVs

Because new ATVs are considered durable goods, once delivered and registered to the customer, they generally cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The vehicle has a manufacturing defect, and

  • The issue is confirmed and covered under the manufacturer warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty

All new ATVs are covered by the official manufacturer warranty. Repairs or part replacements will be carried out as per warranty conditions.

3. Refunds for Used ATVs

Used ATVs are sold “as seen and tested,” but still covered under Spain’s legal conformity guarantee.

A refund or cancellation may be accepted if:

  • A hidden defect (vicio oculto) is proven,

  • The defect existed at the time of sale,

  • And the defect significantly affects normal use.

In such cases, the customer may request:

  • Repair,

  • Replacement (if available),

  • Price reduction,

  • Or cancellation with refund.

4. Accessories & Parts

Eligible for Return

Accessories and parts may be returned within 14 days if:

  • They are unused,

  • In original packaging,

  • And accompanied by the original receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components (due to testing/installation risks),

  • Custom-ordered or special-order parts.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

5. Workshop Services & Deposits

Booking Deposits

Deposits for workshop repairs or service appointments are non-refundable if the customer cancels with less than 24 hours' notice.

Service Quality Issues

If the customer believes a service was incorrectly performed, Off Road World Andalucía will:

  • Inspect the ATV,

  • Correct any confirmed deficiencies at no additional cost.

Refunds for completed workshop services are not normally offered unless the service was not performed as contracted.

6. Vehicle Reservation Deposits

Reservation deposits for new or used vehicles are:

  • Fully refundable if the customer cancels within 48 hours of payment.

  • Non-refundable after 48 hours, as the ATV is removed from sale during this period.

If Off Road World Andalucía cannot supply the vehicle (e.g., stock error), the deposit will be refunded in full.

7. Cancellations of Orders

Custom or Special-Order Vehicles

No refunds are available for:

  • Factory-ordered units,

  • Custom builds,

  • Special configurations.

These orders require upfront commitment.

8. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 7 business days for card and bank payments,

  • Immediate refund for cash payments (if under €1,000, per Spanish law).
